Services

All services are non-refundable. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, treatment results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Products

Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and wellness products, all product sales are final.

Products may only be exchanged if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon purchase; or
  • You experience a documented health-related adverse reaction to the product.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product only.

Online Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist in resolving your claim.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by River Oaks Galleria Med Spa.

Gift Cards

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
